2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Service dates indicate the day service will be completed, not a guaranteed arrival time.

  • Arrival times may vary due to weather, route optimization, job complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and service location information

  • Ensure safe and clear access to the service area

  • Secure pets and remove obstacles (toys, debris, vehicles, etc.)

  • Disclose known hazards such as underground utilities, irrigation systems, or fragile property features

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or undisclosed hazards.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service completion.

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of future services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Damage Claims

Any claims for property damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to notify within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the work as completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiefer’s Lawn Care LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree not to:
