Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Policy (No Automatic Refunds)

Due to the nature of lawn care, handyman, and mini excavation services, all services are non-refundable once work has been performed, in whole or in part.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

A refund or service credit may be considered only if:

• The Company failed to perform the agreed-upon service, or

• There was a clear error on the part of the Company that was reported promptly

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with cosmetic results that fall within normal industry standards

• Weather-related conditions (including grass growth, mud, debris, or soil conditions)

• Services affected by hidden or undisclosed obstacles (sprinkler heads, utilities, rocks, roots, etc.)

• Delays caused by weather, access issues, or customer unavailability

• Missed appointments due to incorrect contact or address information provided by the customer

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

• Deposits, if required, are non-refundable

5. Service Credits

At our discretion, a service credit may be issued instead of a refund. Service credits have no cash value and must be used within a reasonable time frame determined by the Company.

6. Mini Excavation & Equipment Services

Mini excavation and equipment-related services are strictly non-refundable once equipment is dispatched, delivered, or operated, due to labor, fuel, and logistics costs.
